The Ages and Stages Questionnaire (ASQ) is a parent-completed questionnaire that is used as a general developmental screening tool. It helps to provide parents with objective information about the developmental status of their child across five developmental areas.
Early Steps of Florida
0-3 yrs old
Early Steps provides free early intervention services to infants and toddlers, from birth to 36 months, with developmental delays, disabilities and at-risk conditions.
FDLRS Of Florida
3-21 yrs old
The Florida Diagnostic & Learning Resources System-South (FDLRS-South) provides provides pre-school screenings of vision, hearing, development, speech/language and behavior. Screenings are conducted at multiple school locations throughout the district.
